This section gives the information required by Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE). The owner of adigital.boats is:

Owner: Alain Corulla Sorondo, self-employed professional (autónomo). Brand: A-Digital Boats, the arm of A-Digital that works for the marine industry. A-Digital is the owner's trading name. Tax ID (NIF): 14305036W.

Activity: digital services for marine businesses, such as web design, SEO, advertising and social media, management panels, chatbots and automations. The owner is registered under the relevant heading of the Spanish business activities tax (IAE).

This notice governs access to and use of the adigital.boats website, in Spanish and in English (the website). By using it you become a user and accept this notice, the privacy policy and the cookie policy as published on the day you visit.

The website is published in Spanish and in English. If the two versions differ, the Spanish one prevails.

Please use the website lawfully, in good faith and in line with public order. In particular, you must not copy, distribute or change its content without our permission; introduce viruses or other programs that could harm our systems or anyone else's; try to reach restricted areas or reverse engineer the software; use the website to send unsolicited commercial messages or to collect other people's data without their consent; or pretend to be someone else or misstate your relationship with A-Digital Boats.

We may deny or withdraw access to anyone who breaks these terms.

The text on the website describes what we offer and is for information only. It is not a binding offer. The scope, timing and price of each service are agreed in writing before work starts.

The management panel screens shown on the website are a prototype with sample data for a fictitious brand, 'Tu Náutica'. They do not show data from any client or real business.

A prototype is a proposal for work. It does not mean you have bought any service and it does not bind either side.

The text, design, code, logos and other elements of the website belong to Alain Corulla Sorondo or are used under licence from their owners. A-Digital Boats and A-Digital are trading names of the owner.

Photographs and video come from Unsplash and Pexels and are used under their licences. The sources are named in the page footer.

Names and brands of third parties that may appear belong to their owners. Their appearance does not mean there is any business relationship with them.

You may not copy, distribute, communicate to the public or adapt the website's content without our prior written permission, even if you name the source. The exceptions that the law itself allows, such as quotation, still apply.

The website may link to third-party sites such as WhatsApp, Instagram or A-Digital's own site at a-digital.net. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. A link is for information and does not mean we recommend what is offered there.

You may link to any page of this website as long as you do not suggest a relationship with us that does not exist.

We do our best to keep the website available and free of errors, but we cannot promise that it will run without interruption or be free of faults or harmful components. Unless the law says otherwise, we are not liable for interruptions to the service or to your connection; for viruses or other harmful items that might reach your device; for misuse of the website; or for decisions you take based on what we publish, which is general information and not professional advice.

Nothing in this notice limits the rights that the law gives you as a consumer.
